Student loan: started Uni Sept 2022, then withdrew. Starting at new Uni Sept 2023. Plan 5 or Plan 2?

I started an undergraduate course in September 2022 with a Student loan (Plan 2). I did not like the course and I withdrew from my studies in December. Now I've got an offer from another University to start a full-time undergraduate degree in September 2023. When I apply for a Student loan for these studies would I be put on the new Plan 5 or continue on the original Plan 2? The repayment conditions are significantly different on Plan 5 which an important consideration for me. I called Student Finance, but they did not seem 100% certain. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

As it's a new course the new loan will be plan 5.
