Plumber or electrician?

My electric shower is broken & my normal plumber/electrician is not answering messages. So do I need to find an electrician or a plumber. Cold showers are definitely not my idea of fun so it getting urgent.

I know it is going to push the cost up but have you contacted the manufacturer for a cost of fitting a replacement,
it is important the wire connections are tight to avoid the wires burning out.

They may not be as as expensive as you think.
