Setting up a LTD company - free and easy

Just saw a thread on setting up LTD company's and noticed a lot of people messaging things about how confusing it is or how costly it is. 

I used these guys to set up mine and it's totes free and took about 5 mins and I had the companies house documents within an hour.

Interesting, Tide must be making money on this somehow though. Looks like its a push to get customers signed up to business banking. Tide charge fees on each transaction made on a business account.

Yeah I think the same thing, although I just use the Tide account as a spare for tax/VAT and you get free transfers for a year so no biggy for the ease of the company formation.
