BMW 520D 2018 fault

Hello,
Thanks
I have a 2018 BMW 520D G31 with 65k on the clock. Jumped in the car this morning and the engine management light was on.
Plugged in OBD reader and it gives fault code P24C6 which according to google is the particulate sensor.
I have cleared the fault code and got some DPF cleaner from Halfords (poured in fuel tank). Given the car a hard run for approx. 1 hour down the M1 however the code has since returned.
Any ideas? Faulty sensor? Blocked DPF?
Thanks

That code does seem to relate directly to a sensor...
