I deposited £10000 into Flagstone on 11th August last year and went via Money saving expert link to get £30 welcome bonus.I received an email on 31st Jan that my bonus would be paid by Sun 5th March.Checked on Mon 6th and hadnt been paid so emailed Flagstone but just got a generic reply that they would look into it.I am wondering if anyone has received their welcome bonus ?

    No I've not used the Flagstone platform. If they don't pay out bonuses I will very probably avoid them in the future. I've used Raisin who I can confirm DO pay bonuses when promised.

    After sending Flagstone a further email i got a proper reply saying it was a technical hitch and i should get my bonus in 3 business days.

    That's a shame to hear about the delay, @jules888. Please update us here if you don't get your bonus in the three business days as they say.

    I had a Flagstone investment which matured on 1st March. I received an email around 6pm on that day telling me the funds had been returned to my holding account...and on 6th March, my £30 was in my holding account...so 5 days after account maturity.
