Requesting Audio Recording of a PIP Video Assessment (England)

I received a text notification yesterday of my upcoming PIP video appointment (with Independent Assessment Services) in 9 days time. I have a few questions:

1. It is important to me that the assessment is audio recorded. I wondered how I go about making this request - is there any guidance on audio recording requests specifically for video assessments?

2. Is there an email address where I can direct my inquiry? They only provide a phone number and I prefer to have a paper trail when communicating.

3. If a video interview cannot be audio recorded, do you think I can get the interview changed to a telephone appointment? (I cannot attend in person due to severe agoraphobia.)

Looking at their website the only way to contact them is through telephone. You can use any device to record the assessment but you should tell them you're recording before the day of the assessment. https://www.mypipassessment.co.uk/contact-us#our-contact-details-1105

I'm sure it's possible to audio record a video assessment in the same way you would record a telephone assessment.
