I am not sure where else to post this question.

If someone corrects grammar and/or spelling in posts in forums, they often make mistakes themselves.

Someone coined a 'law' describing this.

Does anyone know the name of this law?
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

I thought people who read this forum are the most likely to have the answer.

You are thinking of  Skitt’s Law, which states that people who correct other's spelling or grammar are likely to commit errors themselves...

Did you deliberately misspell the already deliberately misspelt "Muphry's" law? Am I going to fall foul of said law by pointing that out?  :s
