I bought a bed from wowcher and the base is damaged, I have been trying for nearly 5 weeks for them to pick it up and refund my money. They are not helping me. I asked my bank to help as I paid with my credit card but the say there is nothing they can do.
I don't know what else I can do. I would be grateful for some advice.

    Who are "they"?

Your claim is against the retailer the voucher was for and not Wowcher. Wowcher concluded their contract with you when they supplied you with a valid voucher which you used.

Are you engaged with the retailer who supplied the bed?

Taking this is the usual Wowcher deal.
You buy a voucher & redeem @ retailer.

So no chargeback right as Wowcher supplied what you paid for. You have to take it up with retailer that supplied goods.

As above, we need to know the exact chain of events.  i.e. did you buy a wowcher voucher or credit with your credit card and then use the voucher/credit to buy the bed?  Did wowcher sell the bed themselves or was the voucher/credit used to buy it from another retailer?

I bought a wowcher credit with my credit card, and used the wowcher voucher to buy the bed.
I didn't know how else to do it.
They admitted it was damaged in transit.

Because you bought a voucher, and received a voucher, there is nothing the bank or card can do - you got what you paid for.

Your claim is against the retailer who sold you the bed. Your option is to try and negotiate an outcome, or go through the small claims procedure.

Letter before action and then Small Claims Court.
