By participating in our Mother’s Day Prize Giveaway, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize Draw opens 1st March 2023 and runs until midnight on 19th March 2023. Submissions after this date will not be accepted.

The prize includes one Rington’s Mother’s Day Finest Tea Experience Gift Hamper and a one-night stay for two in a twin room including breakfast and afternoon tea at Armathwaite hall. Prize available Sunday to Thursday excluding school holidays and bank holidays. Subject to availability and excludes travel. 

Ringtons will select one winner at random who will be notified via phone or email w/c 20th March.

The winner must respond within seven days to claim the prize. If the prize hasn’t been claimed within seven days, we will reselect at random, and notify a new winner.

One entry per person. Additional entrances will be counted as null and void.

Participants must be 18+ and a resident of the UK. 

Employees of Ringtons Ltd are not eligible to take part and any such entries will be null and void.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Ringtons reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Ringtons Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Ringtons will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Ringtons accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.

Ringtons Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
