Buying a park home

Hi all
My partner and I are considering buying a park home outright. We have enough to afford a small, reasonable park home. 
My partner has most of the funds. My worry is my past debt (Which my partner knows about). Will it affect our buying?

    I am not sure, but I don't think you can buy a Residential Park Home with a mortgage, which you are not planning to do, so no it shouldn't affect your purchase.
    What I do not give, you must never take by force.

    Is it a true 'Residential Park Home' on a licensed residential site ? And have you legal representation to check/validate the purchase ?

    So many horror stories of people not getting what they expected in an often unregulated sector - especially at the cheaper end of the market
