400 Bad Request

For the past few days, I have been getting 400 Bad Request message whenever I click on a survey with OnePoll. I've contacted Onepoll who say they've logged into my account and it's working fine their end so it must be my end with the problem. They suggested to clear cookies/history/restarting computer which I have done. But now, the One poll website won't even load - it gets stuck.
Do you have any suggestions how to fix this? I am almost at the survey payout.

Have you tried it on any other devices, e.g. smartphone etc?1

Sorry for wasting your time but it's working now. I don't know what happened because I didn't do anything else to try to fix the problem.
To answer your question, I did try on my tablet and it did work. So I guess it was my laptop.0
