Esa payments after 12 months and 12 weeks

As anyone successfully ever managed to get new style esa payments again after the first year and a 12 week gap, I was led to believe if I had full paid employment on previous NI years which I have then I could request them years to be considered. I am in wrag and payments stopped back in November but when I phone the Dwp they say they will get the processing team to phone me back but they never do, it is like they do not think it is possible and do not even send anything to them, I have tried three times so before I try again I was hoping someone could tell me it is possibe and I am not wasting my time. Many thanks

Yes, I believe it is possible.

The 12 weeks gap is to prevent a new claim being linked to your previous claim.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.1 -
Rather than ringing them just make a new claim.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1

I was put in wrag at a tribunal so if I made a new claim would I have to go through all the process of being assessed again and then maybe have to go to another tribunal again ? Or do you think they would look at my records and accept the tribunals decision ?
Thanks for your help

You have no option to start a new claim and go through the work capability assessment again.
