14 Day Cooling Off & Items bought with a voucher

I received an Adidas voucher as a part of a promotion when I bought something else. 

I used the adidas voucher to purchase 5 items, 3 of which do not fit.  I have contacted Adidas within the 14-day cooling off period to request a refund/exchange of the unsuitable items.  Their stance is that this is not possible unless I return all 5 items.  The other 2 items have been used so I cannot do this. 

Where do I stand?

Rewards may not be redeemed to cover product delivery costs, are not valid on prior purchases and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts or be exchanged for cash money. Other exclusions may apply - please see adidas.co.uk. After use of the Reward, any remaining unused amounts will be forfeited. In case of returns or cancellation of an order placed with a Reward voucher please note discounts are applied pro rata over your ordered products. That means that in case of a (partial) return or cancellation you will not have used your (full) discount. In this case you can contact adidas customer service to request a new Reward voucher for the remaining amount.
