Hi all, I managed to open a fixed 1 year account, printed off the email with all the transfer details, took it to my bank & they are asking for extra verification in the form of a telephone conversation or further email with account details before they will make any transfer from my account. I have sent emails via the website but am still waiting for a reply. My concern is that SmartSave have now withdrawn this product, only the 2, 3 & 5 year accounts are now available and the window for paying in to the account I have opened is ticking. Anyone got any advice on dealing with SmartSave?
