Hi all, thank you for approving my application.
I have paypal credit and last month i bought something and i haven’t received it. Opened dispute with paypal which closed in my favour and i got refunded. But after few days there was paypal Query opened on my credit file , I spoke with paypal about this and they said that they have to do it because of regulations? I wonder why is that and what effect does this has on my credit file? Are they treating me like a fraud? I had my paypal credit for over 7 years maybe and this is the first time this happens. Thank you

Sounds to me that they are fobbing you off. AFAIK, this means that they are reviewing your account for some reason, i.e. have doubts that your dispute was genuine.magnusbane said:...I spoke with paypal about this and they said that they have to do it because of regulations?
