Help to Save account maturing/closure issue

I started a Help to Save account from the gov 4 years ago, in March. So the 4 years were up end of last month. I received an email telling me that I'd receive my final bonus by the middle of March (fine), and not to close the account myself before the end of Feb, otherwise that'll mess up receiving the bonus (also fine). But I don't believe there's any reason why I shouldn't be able to withdraw my savings from the account now? I think I should have been able to do so last month because I'd paid in my last contribution, and the bonus is worked out based on your highest balance, not the final one at the end. But anyway, I left it all in there past the end of Month just to be safe.

And now it won't let me withdraw anything! When I try to, it just says "error, service unavailable". I've attempted it a few times in this last week, always the same error message.

In addition, the website tells me I can pay in again from 1st April 2023 (obviously I can't as I'm beyond the 4 year anniversary now). It shows my account balance correctly as being £2400, but the bonus tab states my final bonus is zero! This looks all wrong to me - it's saying my highest balance between 2019 and 2021 was £2400, which it couldn't have been, because the maximum for the first 2 years was £1200 (24x £50).

Has anyone else had problems with their Help to Save account at maturity? I'm hoping that it's just in limbo until they automatically close my account, and hopefully they do the withdraw to my current account automatically?
