I am with citibank not gold and am getting very p'''d off with them. First they are stopping all transactions with online bookies/casinos - because it is illegal in the US...but we aren't in the US as far as I know.
Then they charged be 15USD and 20 EUR monthly account fees because I failed to keep an average monthly balance of over 2k...I then wasted time working out what my average monthly balance was - 1900. I have been a customer for 10 years and object to being charged this much for not working out carefully what my average gbp balance was over 4 accounts in 3 currencies. Telephone CS is in india so I have complained these issues via online messages where replies seem to take at least a week and again seems to consit of operatives quoting from a script based on key words rather than looking at the specific customer and enquiry.I think....0
