Liverpool Centre hotel: 25 - 26 Mar 23 for 3

Daughters birthday soon so we promised her a trip to Liverpool! However, looking at the hotel prices, it's very steep. Anyone able to help us out?
Looking for Liverpool City Centre with or near parking. 3 adults (same room to keep down costs) 25 - 26 Mar 23.
We're Blue Light Card holders and can access the NHS discount site - but that's about it for discount sites.

It appears there is some big event on that weekend, the Ibis is over £200 a night and the Adelphi, which I wouldn't send my worst enemy to, is £185 so maybe change the weekend or stay somewhere like Chester or Southport perhaps and travel into Liverpool?1
