Hi

When opening the Creation credit card app (IHG hotel card), I get a pop-up to join the MyCreation rewards program.  Clicking the button doesn't do anything and I can't see any evidence of MyCreation rewards.

Has anyone had the same? share any knowledge of MyCreation ?

Thanks, DJ.

looks new so maybe still in progress of being rolled out.

Thanks for the update. Curious as Creation are (or were) thought to be in the process of exiting the UK market.

I think that “thought” was specifically about the UK credit card markets but they have continued to be involved in Retail finance since closing their Credit Card business to new customers.

from their website: “We provide retail finance, motor finance, loans and insurance premium finance on behalf of our partners including DFS, Currys PC World, Dreams, Three, SCS and many more”

Yes it's an old UK IHG (Intercontinental Hotel Group / holiday inn etc) hotel credit card that I've held for a few years, no longer open for new applicants.

They've also exited the personal loan market.

I wonder if those services you mention are just contracts they're seeing out too - I bought a sofa from DFS 10 years ago on finance (from Creation).

My sister in law also bought a sofa from DFS years ago (more recent than 10 years) and last time I was at her house this year she had just received a letter from Creation offering a personal Loan (she asked me if the offer was good), so it may not be open to everyone, but it looks like they are still actively seeking business within their customer portfolio.
