Resetting cashpoint pin number online

Is it possible to reset a digit Nationwide flex account cashpoint pin number online?
In the past - I have had to order a replacement card with new number.. Which is a pain in the neck

I'm sure you can only change or reset the Nationwide card pin at a cash machine.

If you forgotten it, you  can’t reset it at a cashpoint for obvious reasons. I’m pretty sure you can’t do it online. You need to contact nationwide and they post a PIN out to you - You don’t need to cancel the card unless you think it’s been lost or stolen.
If you need money in the meantime you can take ID into a branch and get some over the counter.

No idea online, but could you try in branch. So long as you have suitable photo id?

Have you a n/w card reader ?      When you get the new pin you should be able to use it straight away with the existing card. There's no need to change the pin you're given.

Yes, you can "Request a PIN reminder" online (not in the app), it's under "Other account services". It's sent out by post.

Don't know if it's the existing PIN or a new one, don't suppose it matters, but it's the same card.

Yes, you can "Request a PIN reminder" online (not in the app), it's under "Other account services". It's sent out by post.

Don't know if it's the existing PIN or a new one, don't suppose it matters, but it's the same card.

That's just going to remind you of what the current pin is though.
It won't let you change it or unlock the card if the pin has been entered incorrectly too many times.
You need to go to ATM or branch to do that, I think.
