Wealthify

I took up the MSE offer just over a year ago of £50 cashback from Wealthify for opening an account with a £50 investment. This small investment has shrunk a bit so I'd like to withdraw it but there's no sign of the £50 cashback in my account. Just wondering if anyone else has done the same? Is there something extra I need to do to claim the cashback?

I had a previous offer from them and the money appeared exactly 7 days after the qualifying term (6 months) ended. It was 6 months to the day after my money was actually invested in the plan. I didn't have to make any additional claim.

I took up the offer in June 2022 but it’s not showing in the tracker either 😐
  • I took out the same offer on the 6th March 2022, and I note a message on my Wealthify account dated today (13th) saying £50 deposit pending.  I couldn't see this comment on the phone app, but can on the PC log-on.  I hope this helps!

Yep can see the £50 showing in the app as pending but that was on the 7th March.  Has anyone had this added to their account yet?

The £50 has now been added to my account :)

  • Yes I am waiting for this too. My Wealthify £50 'investment' has steadily sunk and is now down 4% so I would be grateful for the £50 bonus

My wealthify account made £1.50 over the year, so I'm withdrawing it now that my "free £50" has appeared in the account.  They don't make it easy, though.. you have to send them a secure message via the app, although the app says you need to visit the website.
Changing bank is similarly a hassle - you have to (securely) send them a PDF bank statement! (I changed banks twice due to signup bribes.. £350 in all - thanks to MSE)
On a side note, I made about 15% in trading 212, but wealthify made only 1% over the year.. and I'm a beginner.

I wonder if anyone can help me here or I should open a separate thread - I too took up this offer last year, and I see my 50GBP rewards pending so hopefully will be paid in soon.

I opened a S&S ISA with Wealthify back then, put in 50 pounds a month and then a lump som of 5K just before the end of last FY, and this year I continued to pay in 50 pounds a month.

It's not doing too well and I'm not sure I want to have my money invested in this robo system - if I now wanted to transfer this to a Cash ISA, how do I go about it?

I do have a Cash ISA already with a different provider and I have paid into it this year, but I am confused because what's in my Wealthify S&S ISA is a mix of last year's contributions, this year's contributions, a bit of profit and soon my 50 pounds rewards  :)
