Any "bank" like Wise for rapid FX conversion + free £200 overseas ATM withdrawal per month?

I quite like this feature of Wise where one can "time the FX market" and convert some GBP into a foreign currency ahead of travels, and then be able to then cleanly withdraw £200 equivalent in that foreign currency using their debit card - I find this better than defaulting to the Visa/Mastercard rates for conversion.

Sometimes £200 equivalent in cash is enough when supplemented with "good" debit/credit card payments but other times more cash is necessary, so having Wise's twin would be quite useful just to be able to withdraw more than £200 cash in the same calendar month.

Anyone know of a "bank" that can do the same?

From experience, Wise are fine. I use them quite heavily.

As clearly explained on their website, the money is protected, but this is done in a different way by utilising Barclays (in the UK) for client money protection.

You shouldn't need large amounts of cash in most countries most of the time. 99% of the time a card payment works completely well.
