Paying electricity to landlord
I live in one of two flats above a commercial business. They use a letting agent to whom I pay my rent. My electricity supply comes from the commercial premises where I am reliably informed there are 3 meters, 2 for the flats and one for the business. These accounts are all in the landlords name and he pays the bills then he bills the two flats for their usage.
I have heard recently the rules regarding this setup have changed in respect of the government energy support scheme and that I can now apply for the £400 but I haven't got a clue where to start.
Any help?
Thank you
