Confusing message about delivery service from buyer

A buyer has just purchased a low value item and left a confusing note
Good day. I will use the Local Collect pickup from Post Office service for this purchase. Post Office will prefer receiving Local Collect packages if they are shipped using Royal Mail delivery. Please don’t use another delivery carrier and post it to the address I provided. Please if convenient post it on Monday. Thanks a lot, have a nice weekend, and pleasure doing business with you.
The delivery address on the order is a post office address with Local collection pickup service in it
The item will be being sent via royal mail 2nd class parcel I am confused as I have never heard of this before I thought this service could only be used by businesses and using a tracked service
Is it ok just to send

As long as you send it to the address provided i can't see it being a problem as you'll be covered by the seller guarantees.
The comment about what service the post office would "prefer" sounds more like buyer speculation to me... they will either accept it or they won't. Checking their site it looks like it is only for royal mail / parcelforce services. so this could catch people out!
• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.1
