Ignore it. Go re-read the Newbies/FAQ thread which explains all about these stupid debt collector letters which you IGNORE as they are harmless scare tactics to get gullible victims to poop their pants and pay up.

You should be fully aware of that having studied the Newbies/FAQ thread.

What about the sage advice from @Coupon-mad above? Did this letter arrive at your NI address?

Er yeah. I’m a young girl who’s inexperienced in all this. And I’ve seen ‘could affect credit rating’ and it’s scared me. Be nice

    Yes NI address.
I sent an email stating they have been sending letters to an old address in which I no longer reside. I got an email back asking for my new address.
I will not be answering them.

    Thank you for advice

I can fully understand why you find these letters scary, most normal people would.

To set your mind at rest, ALL THESE LETTERS ARE UTTER JUNK.

QDR are an offshoot of the disgraced Wright Hassall solicitors >>> search WHOPLA

ZZPS CANNOT INSTRUCT QDR ... only the parking company can do that.

As you know ZZPS AND GCTT are the same and they are trying to mug you just like WONGA did and they were closed down
ZZPS and GCTT are pretending to be different companies no doubt set up to scare people but it's all LALA land stuff

All 3 ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU adding a £70 fake

It's one thing the dregs of the industry like ZZPS and GCTT trying to mug you which you treat as used bog paper, it's another when a SRA approved legal starts to mislead you using menacing language to extort money from you when the debt has not been proven and has not gone to court to which a judge is the only person to rule if you owe money

That really is a dirty threatening letter from QDR.  If I received such a letter full of crap, I would file a complaint to the SRA. I would also involve my MP to investigate this matter not only with the SRA but with Mr Gove MP from the Department of Levelling Up which will prove to him once and for all the dangers of this gross scam industry towards the general pubic.

Gove by the way is in charge of the new parking code of practice

Your MP should be asking why a comapny like Parking Eye is involved, adding fakes, dealing with incompetence and menacing letters

Hope you are no longer scared, more so be scared for these fools

Just let the letters go to the NI Address, or how about just using the Consumer Council's template, like someone else did this week? They get private PCNs cancelled.  You'd have to put your address as the NI address of course.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Even though the NI Consumer Council involvement gets them cancelled?  The one this week saw PCNs cancelled within 24 hours.

Oh no! I don't think you were told to inform them of your English address. The parking charge is related to a car park here in England and you have now given them an English service address. If you'd only let them continue chasing you at your NI address, this would have just gone away as they had no jurisdiction to take you to court in NI.

Unless I'm wrong in my assumption above, you will now have to defend this.

Edited to add: I see that you state you have not answered their email requesting your current address. That is good but if they do a soft search of your credit file, they may find your current address in England if they have your name and you are registered with any utility company or bank.
