Yes you must attend anyway because a consent order is not guaranteed to be accepted by the Judge.

This gamble, and the fact you are now £275 out of pocket (caused by them using an old address) is why this is never the recommended action.  And you have to go to the hearing anyway...so it's saved you nothing really, just written off your £275.

So I went to court just over two weeks ago. As usual, Parkingeye didn’t show up. The hearing lasted less than a minute and the judge agreed to set aside the judgement and dismiss the claim.

As I’m in the process of applying for a mortgage, I wanted to check if this had been removed from my credit file; It hasn’t.

I have also used the trustonline search to search for the case and it still says ‘unsatisfied record’ under the case number.

is there any way I could obtain evidence/certification that the judgement has been set aside and claim dismissed?

It will happen but normally overwrites the following month.

So you wasted £275 for a without consent set aside but then they consented. If they'd consented you could have done it with a consented set aside for £108. They've played you and you are now probably marked as a "mug" for future targeting.

Your CCJ will be expunged from your record within a month.

A heads-up in case of future correspondence  -  there in no middle "e" in Judgment in this context (Google CCJ)

Well done, given the Verbal Diarrhoea of ParkingEye ..... IT'S A BIG JOKE. PARKING EYE DID NOT TURN UP ....  Government must clean up this cowboy industry.

You may wish to talk to you MP especially as former PM, Mrs May said this.
