How did you get that far into credit?
E.On calculate the DD on the annual non-rebated cost of the electricity and were not one of the suppliers to automatically pay the EBSS and AFP back to customers. They also only allow a maximum of 10% reduction in DD, through the website, which I did last autumn. I'm sure they would give me it all back if I asked, but I'm relaxed about them holding it and it will all even out in the end.0
