Soundproofing panels

Hi,
I’m looking to soundproof part of my house that joins my noisy neighbours home. I’m going to try one wall in a room, and if it makes any difference will do the rest of the house.
I’ve been reading up on the different types of soundproofing and decoupling.

I can’t find any reviews online but I am interested in these as they seem to tick a few boxes

27mm out of which at least 15mm is plasterboard - this doesn't inspire much confidence. And has to be screwed to the wall - at lest 9 screws per board. Screws will transmit sound from bricks to the plasterboard. When less sophisticated method is used - a stud wall with acoustic rockwool slabs, the studs are fixed to the floor and ceiling joists to avoid direct contact with the noisy wall.Just my opinion...0

Seems interesting, let us know how it works!
If it doesn't you can add a second layer, or is that recommended anyway, Or you can always build a new stud wall over it.0
