I managed to enter, but only after entering the text manually and not using the pre-fill automatic entry - sorry not sure of the correct term.

thankyou.I use Chrome anyway.I filled form without using auto fill and then tried via Safari on IPAD. Then my phone .Finally a different email address.I sometimes get an error message , telling me to try later and sometimes it just swings around. I just can't enter.
