Packlink UK Address

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had a UK address for Packlink that can be used for the purpose of the small claims court. I do know that Packlink are a Spanish company that operate through ebay in this country but surly I am not the only person that has had issues with them. This isn't the first issue I have had but its the first one they seem to be ghosting me and stalling over a pay out regarding a lost parcel, of which they have admitted. I have heard of people using the small claims service successfully in the UK but to do so I need a UK address. I could try with Eviri but will only get told that my contract is with Packlink and they are the company I should claim from.
