Power Reward App / Orange Power Ltd
Although I signed up to this energy-saving rewards program, I've never been able to use it because I don't have a front-end smart meter. However, since I'm with British Gas, I should be able to take advantage of their offer now. Unfortunately, I can't do so without first opting out of their system. The problem is, there seems to be insufficient contact information for the company, and I can't find a phone number anywhere. I've tried searching the .gov company directory and looking up the WHOIS domain name, but I haven't had any luck. Has anyone else been successful in contacting them?

Without a smart meter doesn't matter who you sign up with you cannot take part in the national grid ESO DFS events.

what do you mean by a 'front end' smart meter?
do you mean that you have a sub-meter or do you mean you dont have a smart meter at all?
and you refer to 'this company' a few times. do you mean orange power (google gives info@orangepower.co.uk) or british gas?Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott
It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
