I'm trying to empty my Brown Shipley account on the Raisin platform... Right now seems I'm in a bit of a limbo state!
Tuesday morning I withdrew from it, a sizable amount, its still not showing as a transaction or in my Raisin UK hub/account.
This seems very slow!
I did do 5k, which worked, about a week or two ago, and seemed a bit quicker.
Just wondering if anyone else had experience of this combo and has also seen slow times like this. I don't really want to hassle Raisin if it's just a case of waiting, but that's a decent sum that could be out to better use!
Any thoughts much appreciated!

Our Raisin experience has been awful. My wife applied for an account 19/2, she sent a message 24/2 asking why she didn't have an account number.....no reply. She phoned them yesterday 1/3 and still doesn't have an account number so far. I'd give them a very wide berth if I were you.0

Bit too late for that! I've been on their platform for ages perhaps 18 months. But I've just shunted money around on the platform (not too often mind) rather than withdraw. Seems painfully slow to go from bank to the hub so to speak. I find HL active savings far superior.0

Typically, within hours of this thread the money is in the hub now - that's about 2.5 working days in the end - so no disaster, but hardly 'easy access' speed!0
