Anyone else not receive their payment today?

Nope. Someone was due to call me back within 3 hrs and needless to say that never happened.0

The call centre pass a message to the benefit office and the call back time for urgent things such as non-payment of benefit is supposed to be 3 hours but it does frequently happen that either the call back takes 24+ hours or even that no call back is received.You may find that your ESA is in your account tomorrow morning. If not, may mean phoning once again. I find it best to phone at 8am when the lines open.
