Problems signing into Octopus account

Hi, I’ve had an online account with Octopus energy for approx 5 years . I’ve just looked today as My direct debit gets paid today and I keep getting kicked out of the site. Anyone else having these problems?

Working fine for me.  Try disabling any ad-blocker, clearing your cookies or using other browsers.  Or try the app.

Thanks @Gerry1, I hadn’t downloaded the app, so have just done that. I’m able to see all the details I need to now
