Zopa smart savings missing money

Has anyone else had problems accessing savings account with Zopa? I transferred £52 on 27/2 it didn't show in the account, I contacted them and was told it would be resolved by end of day. I also contacted them yesterday as it still wasn't showing and was told it would be resolved by end of day 28/2. I have been told again that there is a technical problem with Natwest and that money can't be transferred in or taken out. I am starting to panic as I have saved up nearly £9k for my wedding which I have not been able to access since Monday.

yes my wife's account due to changing pots the amount of interest paid was less than half.
They are most unhelpful, instead of rectification sending us to a complaint with ombudsman
We are moving all money out as this has removed any confidence luckily the ombudsman will sort or we will be going to court0 -

Who changed the pots, and how did you calculate the interest to be half of what is expected?
I am in the process of clearing out my account. One pot to go, next month
Although a minor issue, I find the odd 1p transactions here and there, due to the round-up process, really annoying when trying to reconcile my accounts.
Do these extra 1p get declared to HMRC, or are they forgotten?
Won't be critical in my PSA (as will be breached anyway), but an irritance at most.
