for anyone who has order goods from ozone electronics.
i ordered 2 nintendo wii's on the 16th nov, the company ozone took the money out of my account on the 26th nov and i was told via a confirmation e-mail from ozone that i would recieve my goods by 15th dec or they would send the goods to me 1 week after they have taken the money, i am still waiting for them. i have been in touch with trading standards and they are looking into it but yesterday (18th dec) i recieved an e-mail from ozone stating that a company called streamline merchant services would be refunding all customers with there money, i have been in touch with streamline and the e-mail is in-correct as they have with drawn there account with ozone due to fraudulent transactions, i have reported it to my bank and also the police. if any of you have got the e-mails from ozone please keep them as they could be needed.as for claiming my money back it is unlikely.
