Good Morning
After noticing my son of same first name and address different date of births.
Has his motor insurance, van loan and mortgage quotation on my credit report.
I queried with them but said I had to take it up with the individual companies.
Obviously I tried but under data protection they cannot speak to me..
How is it possible to get his details removed. His going for a mortgage so really worried
how it will effect him too.
Any advice please

Raise a dispute with the CRAs and escalate to FOS and ICO if needed.1
