Chip app OOM

This morning 1/3/2023 I tried to open the Chip app to view my savings account. After logging on with thumb print, the chip logo page loaded with a Try Again button. After clicking Try again the app eventually loaded, but any other acton was greated with an Out Of Memory error message (titled 'connectivity issues' - well which is it, connectivity of poor programming leading to the OOM?). App is unusable atm. Anyone else seen these errors? Tried rebooting phone and checking for updates etc. no luck

Looks like it was a connectivity issue. App working fine now, they must have been doing something at the server end that led to my issues. Hitting the 'Try Again' button obviously led to the out of memory because the app code does NOT clean up after each attempt properly.0

Sounds like a stale connection within the Chase infrastructure. In the olden days, would have been a dodgy JVM but suspect they have a Cloud set-up of some sort. Likely only impacted a small subset of customers.0

I experienced a different error yesterday which I resolved by deleting and reinstalling the app.
"The resource could not be loaded because the App Transport Security policy requires the use of a secure connection."

I had issues with the app this morning.
Only opened an account last night, and after an initial small test deposit and withdrawal. All further attempts were "cancelled", resulting in black screen after approval on my banking app. Possibly blocked by my bank, but it all seems a bit flaky and ambiguous.
Tried again this morning, again a blank screen after approving the payment, but this time the deposit has left my current account and not arrived at Chip. My bank call asking me to verify the sort code and account number for Chip. Can't find a thing on their app so now stuck in limbo.
I messaged the support team about two hours ago, and my message hasn't even been seen yet.
I'm not sure its worth the effort and may just revert back to Tandem.My farts hospitalize small children0 -
Does anyone know of a quicker way to get hold of the support team at Chip? I messaged four hours ago and still have no response.
