Huawei Honor Lite Attaching Problem

Hi,
I have an Huawei Honor Lite, however, almost always when I am sending an email or completing an online form, if there is an attachment, the phone almost always crashes when I attempt to do this. I always have to close everything down and do a restart, sometimes multiple times a day. Is there a fix for this?
