We are FTB with 85%LTV
Our deposit in gifted equity as the house is a purchase from family.
DIP 4/2/23
FMA 13/2/23
Survey 14/2/23
Hard Search completed by Nationwide 14/2/23
Valuation message 15/2/23- Broker also contacted to say that Nationwide requested both of our contracts and my last months bank statement covering until the day the mortgage had been applied for. No date for valuation given.
We have heard absolutely nothing since then and our broker is in contact but with no updates at all.
What is everyone else's timeline looking like?

There's a whole thread for those buying/ selling, with their timelines, etc. Prob best looking that as you may get more info.
I'd not be concentrating too much on how long each individual section takes, just presume from start to finish will be approx 3-4 months.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
