No, I raised the complaint that I never received notice that I would no longer have access to the Standard Life platform and that the (new) to me provider was going to be abrdn.
I am not financially savvie like yourself, so it came as a suprise to me that one day I was dealing with standard life and the next it was abrdn, albeit the same company, apparently.
A letter or email would have avoided all the grief and frustration.
Still locked out, still awaiting a reply. Now a week since their 3rd March date for receiving login details.

As explained earlier they are not the same company anymore.

I thought it was a rebrand as explained earlier?

As Dunstonh's comment shows it is a bit complicated.

So, effectively, you are still with the old standard life but the new standard life has nothing to do with the old standard life

Part of what was marketed under the SL banner has been rebranded as ABRDN, although the rebranding has taken a long time resulting in confusion.
Part of what was marketed under the SL banner ( the pensions part) is now owned by Phoenix, but still uses the SL name for its operations.
For a couple of years both parts were branded as SL, even though they were different operations.

I have a pension with SL, which has stayed the same , even though there are new owners. Previously you could also have a S&S ISA on the same account, but now you can not anymore as this part is now under ABRDN.

Finally received an email from abrdn acknowledging the transfer from SL to abrdn was imminent "a separate communication notifying you both directly regarding the above platform enhancement proposals - alongside a further registration email - should have been sent to you. I very much regret that due to an error on our part this did not happen when it should have and we are in the process of arranging registration links to go out to clients.  However, I appreciate that you did not have an awareness of the above upgrade and your lack of access to the platform has been longer than necessary."
Still no indication on when this is likely to be.

Still no response from abrdn regards access to the wrap platform. Managed to speak to someone a couple of weeks ago, but looks like their efforts to obtain login details for me failed.
Why am I paying monthly charges for this?
