Useless Samsung Fridge/Freezer Warrenty - What Next?

Hope you are well.
So a small update, I have not had any joy with getting through to the various teams. It ended with their customer solutions team giving their final stance. That the best they can do is a 25% off voucher for another Samsung fridge.
This is because the fridge is outside its 5 year general warranty so they can not offer any money back or give a replacement.
The reason why a replacement/repair cant be given is that the Samsung authorised repair centre, Martin Dawes doesn't have the skills to regas the compressor and thus has put the machine down to beyond economical repair. Because this company cant replace the part its now impossible to claim on Samsungs warranty.
I feel like the only other escalation path that I have is to start a small claims case and see what happens.
