They may be reasonably priced but avoid at all costs. They promise everything to be delivered etc within so many days and then you get an e-mail to state its going to be another so many weeks. I was then told to contact the manufacturer direct and given contact details for them to tell me my order won't be filled until mid Jan (I ordered 5th Dec on a 5-7 working day delivery!)

E-mails aren't replied to and it has taken hours to get through to them on the phone and when you do you get fobbed off...

I've seen quite a few posts along the same lines as yours.

I had a good experience with a Bosch freezer that I ordered a couple of months ago from TribalUK.

It seems to be that if everything goes well and the item you've ordered is in stock, that's OK but if it isn't in stock or you need to contact them, it's a nightmare.
