Hi,
I had to reformat my PC and lost Microsoft 2019.
I still have the activation key
Where can I download the program?

Microsoft deliberately make it difficult because they want you to subscribe to Office 365. 2019 may not even be officially available now as they introduced 2021 without the need to subscribe.
If you Google office 2019 download, you may well find somewhere still offering it, but be very careful that you don't get unwanted software!
It also depends on the version you had, but I found this discussion:

Wow, thanks for your quick response. I have been searching for a link to iso file for ages. Installed successfully and I have saved the install files to a back disk.
