On the NtK they state the period of parking was from 13:50 to 13:51. Well the times recorded by their operative above do not correlate. I received my court date a few weeks ago, set for the end of May. I have now just received an email confirming they will be setting up mediation even though I selected "No" to mediation on the N180 form. Is this the normal process?

Google to see if your court is on the compulsory Mediation pilot scheme. If not, refuse.

If the attendant observed the driver leaving the car park, why did they not mitigate any loss by warning the driver?
