It would be impossible to have bought anything (after queuing & paying) & returned on foot from an adjacent High Street shop within 90 seconds.

Ludicrous lies, seems to me, especially considering you are a non-smoker who has never purchased tobacco

  • I received my court date a few weeks ago, set for the end of May. I have now just received an email confirming they will be setting up mediation even though I selected "No" to mediation on the N180 form. Is this the normal process?

    Thanks

Google to see if your court is on the compulsory Mediation pilot scheme. If not, refuse.

Have you done your WS & evidence bundle?

If the attendant observed the driver leaving the car park, why did they not mitigate any loss by warning the driver?
Also, why was no Notice to Driver affixed to the vehicle as required by the IPC Code?
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

    Hi,

Received the claimant's Witness statement today - they reference my posts on this forum.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I've left it a little late to get mine completed. However, it will be done tonight. Can some please reference some good examples?

    Thanks
