Green card Morocco

My husband and 2 friends are arriving by motorcycle in Morocco by ferry. His UK insurer will not provide a Green Card to Morocco and another UK firm will insure cars but not motorbikes. There are booths to buy a Green Card at the ferry ports but I have been told its only 3rd party insurance.
Any contacts to buy Green Card insurance for use in Morocco which offers full cover for expensive motorbikes (2 approx £30K not sure about the 3rd)
