    You could ask about cancelling your IVA and dealing with your creditors individually again - but I believe this is something you ask to do and can be refused.

    You could ask about cancelling your IVA and dealing with your creditors individually again - but I believe this is something you ask to do and can be refused.
    That was the basis for this discussion, however the usual route to cancelation is by non payment.

    It`s extremely unlikely the IP would agree to just cancel the arrangement, as usually the debtor has to breach the terms and conditions of the IVA first, plus they would not earn as much in fee`s and charges if they did.
