in Water bills
A friend, who cannot have a meter installed received his bill and asked me to help him pay it online. He lives alone, is retired, in a two bed semi, and only fully occupies it circa 4 days a week. The neighbour has extended his property and has a family, his bill was for the same amount; £322. Because I had read the earlier article I advised him to call them and ask for a re-assessment... There was a little bit of 'umming and arring' followed by a few questions resulting in a new charge of less than £100....Result, a saving of over £200...Thankyou MSE
