They do have a financial health check tool they link to here. If the email is genuine it seems very odd to use suspicious looking URLs (yoursantander.co.uk instead of santander.co.uk):

N.B. (Amended from Forum Rules): You must investigate, and check several times, before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my content, as nothing I post is advice, rather it is personal opinion and is solely for discussion purposes. I research before my posts, and I never intend to share anything that is misleading, misinforming, or out of date, but don't rely on everything you read. Some of the information changes quickly, is my own opinion or may be incorrect. Verify anything you read before acting on it to protect yourself because you are responsible for any action you consequently make... DYOR, YMMV etc.0 -

Well, the OP was suspicious and was wise to be safe rather than sorry. Many people are being fooled by phishing emails and texts and the best thing to do is report them.
Now we are also being subjected to spoofing telephone calls. I received one the other day from a caller using my local council's number to hide behind! I didn't answer it but when I checked my phone's 'calls received' I recognised the last number. My council never calls me, btw, it's always me calling them, which is why I recognised the number.
If Santander's communications are genuine or important, they will find a way to contact the OP.
Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Although I do carry out careful research before posting and never intend to mislead or supply out-of-date or incorrect information, please do not rely 100% on what you are reading. Verify everything in order to protect yourself as you are responsible for any action you consequently take.1 -
