Experian unable to complete my application

I've just joined the Credit Club to get access to my credit report via Experian.  When I tried to login to access the information, one of the questions I had to answer was who provides mobile, broadband etc.  I am with TalkTalk for broadband but that was not one of the options; in fact I think there were only 6 options; so I couldn't go further.  So unless TalkTalk is part of some other company of which I am not aware, how do I take it from here?

    Select any answer and keep going.  If your provider for your mobile or etc is there, then you obviously choose them.

    My mobile phone provider was on the list but not my broadband provider.  Anyway, I've been 'securely logged out' and advised to try next month.  Obviously tried too many times.
